1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 288bet ("288bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 288bet website, mobile interface, and all associated betting and gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating a 288bet account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the 288bet platform.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

To access the full 288bet Services, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Each player may hold only one active 288bet account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual – whether under the same or different names, addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods – are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change.

All financial transactions on 288bet are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted methods: 288bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Accepted methods are subject to change and current options are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Deposit and withdrawal limits are published within the platform and are subject to change. Limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawal policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 288bet at its discretion. 288bet reserves the right to require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• No third-party payments: Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties will be refunded to source and the associated 288bet account may be suspended.

288bet does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, however third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The specific rules applicable to sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and all other wagering products available on 288bet are published within the relevant sections of the platform. The following general rules apply across all 288bet gaming products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the 288bet system. 288bet does not cancel or amend bets on request after they have been accepted by the platform, except as specifically provided in the applicable game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a live casino session or sports betting event, 288bet will resolve the affected bet or round in accordance with its published technical fault procedures. • Bonus funds credited to a 288bet account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players may be required to opt in to a promotion before making the qualifying deposit.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 288bet platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access, navigate, or interact with the 288bet platform.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, event manipulation, or placing bets with knowledge of inside information constituting an unlawful advantage.
• Money laundering or using the 288bet platform in connection with any proceeds of criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading registration information or identity documents.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without prior written authorisation from 288bet.
• Any action designed to disrupt, damage, or impair the technical infrastructure of the 288bet platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

288bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the specific rules of any game or promotion.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy age verification or KYC requirements within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being used by a prohibited person as defined in Section 2.

Players may voluntarily close their 288bet account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recent withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory identity and payment verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 288bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including:

• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Privacy & Data

By creating a 288bet account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Nothing in this clause affects the mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and 288bet arising out of your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 288bet support. 288bet will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable jurisdiction. Class action proceedings and class-wide arbitration are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
